Ce concours académique et national, organisé par le ministère en charge de l'Éducation nationale, a notamment pour objectifs de développer le goût des maths chez les élèves de Première et de leur permettre d’aborder autrement des problèmes mathématiques et de souligner le lien entre les mathématiques et les autres sciences.

This competition, organized by the French Ministry of National Education, aims in particular to develop an interest in Math among 11th graders and to enable them to approach mathematical problems in a different way and to highlight the link between mathematics and other sciences.
