FORMULAIRE D'ORIENTATION 2026‑2027

– ACTION REQUISE AVANT LE 9 MARS 2026 

 

Chères familles,

Le deuxième trimestre se termine, et nous préparons déjà l’année scolaire 2026-2027. À partir du lundi 23 février, vous pourrez accéder sur le site de l’école au formulaire de la Fiche Dialogue à compléter en ligne afin d’indiquer les choix académiques de votre enfant pour l’année scolaire prochaine.

Ce formulaire est essentiel, car il permet d’orienter les familles dans leurs décisions concernant les options, les langues, ainsi que le choix du programme (Baccalauréat Français ou IB). Il nous aide également à anticiper les besoins en cours et en enseignants pour l’année prochaine.

Les familles auront jusqu’au 9 mars pour remplir ce formulaire. Il est obligatoire pour toutes les familles du secondaire, y compris celles qui prévoient de quitter Rochambeau à la fin de l’année scolaire.

Le Conseil de Classe examinera ces demandes et émettra un avis provisoire. À l’issue des Conseils de Classe du deuxième trimestre (du 9 au 26 mars 2026), le professeur principal prendra contact avec les familles en cas de questions ou d’incertitudes concernant les choix exprimés par l’élève.

• Du lundi 2 au vendredi 6 mars 2026, des rencontres en ligne seront proposées tous les jours de 9h30 à 10h30, accessibles à toutes les familles via ce lien : https://meet.google.com/fai-adcs-jgq

Ces réunions seront animées par le Directeur du Secondaire, la Conseillère d’orientation et la Directrice Adjointe/Coordinatrice IB. La participation est vivement recommandée, en particulier pour les familles des élèves des années charnières (3ème, 2nde, 1ère).

Dear Families,

The second trimester is coming to an end, and we are already preparing for the 2026–2027 school year. Starting Monday, February 23, you will be able to access and complete the “Fiche Dialogue” (Academic Choices Form) online via the school website, indicating your child’s academic choices for the upcoming school year.

This form is essential, as it helps guide families in making decisions regarding electives, language selections, and the choice of program (French Baccalauréat or IB). It also allows us to anticipate course and staffing needs for next year.

Families will have until March 9 to complete the form. It is mandatory for all Secondary families, including those who plan to leave Rochambeau at the end of the school year.

The conseil de classe will review these requests and issue a provisional recommendation. Following the second-trimester conseils de classe (from March 9 to March 26, 2026), the professeur principal will contact families in case of questions or uncertainties regarding the student’s expressed choices.

To help guide you in making these decisions and to answer your questions, we are organizing several information sessions:

• Saturday, February 28, 2026 (in person, Forest Campus Auditorium)

• From Monday, March 2 to Friday, March 6, 2026, online sessions will be offered daily from 9:30–10:30 a.m., accessible to all families via the following link: https://meet.google.com/fai-adcs-jgq

These meetings will be led by the Secondary School Director, the College Counselor, and the Deputy Director/IB Coordinator. Attendance is strongly recommended, particularly for families of students in key transition years (3ème, 2nde, 1ère).
