Pat Mat Chess tournament
Durant les 3 derniers mois, nos élèves ont pu se familiariser avec la plate-forme Pat Mat Échecs et ont participé au premier tournoi de la zone Amérique du Nord.
Parmi les 16 joueurs de Rochambeau engagés, 2 se sont qualifiés pour les phases finales.
Tiago Martin et Daniel Pressman, élèves de 3èmes, terminent respectivement à la 5eme et 2nde place du classement des joueurs des niveaux 4eme/3eme.
Un grand BRAVO à eux!
Cette compétition devrait de nouveau être présente dans les projets de zone l'année prochaine pour le primaire et le secondaire et nous espérons que la participation de nos élèves sera encore plus importante.
During the last 3 months, our students familiarized themselves with the Pat Mat Chess platform and participated in the first North American Zone tournament.
Among the 16 players from Rochambeau who participated, 2 qualified for the final stages.
Congratulations to Tiago Martin and Daniel Pressman, 3rd graders, who finished respectively in 5th and 2nd places of the 4th/3rd grade players rankings.
A big BRAVO to them!
This competition should be occurring again among next year’s primary and secondary projects and we hope that the participation of our students will be even greater.
