Félicitations à nos 2 élèves de Terminale IB qui ont été distinguées cette année par le Programme national de bourses au mérite du College Board, pour leur performance exceptionnelle aux tests PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying (NMSQT) menés en 2024 à Rochambeau. 

 

Sophia Irigaray et Francesca Pavageau, Promotion Rochambeau 2026, se joignent aux meilleurs lycéens du monde en recevant une lettre de reconnaissance du College Board.

 

Francesca nous parle de son expérience à Rochambeau :

Rochambeau's community of students and faculty is the most supportive one I have ever been a part of. Having been at Rochambeau for 12 years now, I can confidently say that it has consistently cheered me on through my academic and personal journey. I am forever grateful to this school for everything I have learned and grown from, allowing me to reach new heights, such as being commended by the National Merit program. I'm excited to continue my journey, knowing the relationships I have built with the Rochambeau community will stay with me forever."

Sophia partage une appréciation similaire : 

My favorite thing about Roch is definitely the community. In a small school, everyone gets to know each other really well, and I’ve been lucky to have such supportive classmates and teachers. I’m really grateful for everything I’ve learned here and for opportunities like this National Merit nomination. It’s going to be hard to leave, but I’m excited for my next chapter!"

 

Sur les 1,3 million d'élèves qui se sont inscrits au concours 2026 en passant le PSAT/NMSQT 2024, seuls 34 000 reçoivent cette reconnaissance. Ces élèves ont fait preuve d'un potentiel exceptionnel de réussite scolaire et représentent une ressource nationale de grande valeur.

Nous sommes très fiers de ces jeunes et nous voulons souligner leur incroyable réussite.

 

Le PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) est un test administré par le conseil universitaire et la société de la bourse nationale du mérite (NMSC) aux États-Unis.

Of the 1.3 million students who entered the 2026 competition by taking the 2024 PSAT/NMSQT, only 34,000 have been named as Commended Students. These students have demonstrated outstanding potential for academic success and represent a valuable national resource.
